Productivity Sessions provide a structured and dedicated independent study time for students who are seeking a focused environment to get things done. These are supervised one-hour sessions are designed with guided check-ins and checkouts to support progress and accountability through the practice of body doubling. Additionally, reflective practices are used to help students stay motivated, continuously learn about themselves, and refine their study habits for greater success.
Body doubling is most effective when multiple people are present, so your presence matters! Join a Productivity Session to boost your (and your peers') productivity, contribute to a supportive community, and develop the skills you need to succeed in your academic journey.

COM 101 Weekly Workshops provide a dedicated time and space each week with support to help you stay focused and on track with your COM 101 assignments. By adding these workshops to your calendar and treating them like a class, you can put COM 101 out of your mind until it’s “Weekly Workshop time!” This isn’t content tutoring but rather a structured environment to help you stay on top of your coursework.
For help with public speaking, visit the Communication Center in Hitchcock Communication Arts Building, Room 305. The center assists students with organizing, developing, and delivering public presentations.
