Submitting Documents

If You Use a Centralized Application Services

If you apply to a program or school via a centralized application service (OTCAS, AMCAS, etc.), all documents should be submitted via that system.

Submitting Documents with a Creighton Application

If you use Creighton's application vs. a centralized application service, official transcripts should be sent directly to Creighton from the originating institution. Transcripts from all institutions attended must be submitted*, even if credit was earned and transferred elsewhere in the meantime.

*You have two options for submitting official transcripts:

  1. Official transcript(s) requested electronically should be sent to: enrollmentservices@creighton.edu
  2. If a physical copy is requested, please mail to the following address:
    Enrollment Management
    780305 California Plaza
    Omaha, Nebraska 68178-0305

If you are unable to obtain an official transcript at this time, please contact an Enrollment Specialist at 402.280.2703 to discuss your options.

Nursing program applicants should report high school information, but are not required to submit high school transcripts.
