Omaha Student Pricing Options for 2024-2025
- All residential students (those living in campus housing) can choose from the options below.
- Student surface parking: $435
- Access to any lot on campus marked as student surface parking.
- Also available by semester: $265
- Stored vehicle garage: $350
- Gives access to the 30th Street garage for those that do not need to drive often at a reduced rate.
- Garage parking: $630
- These are distributed by waitlisted lottery. If awarded the right to purchase garage parking the permit is only valid in the assigned garage, no other parking areas.

Replacement Decal Pricing
If you have not received your permit in the mail by Sept. 1 and the permit was purchased prior to Aug. 10, we will waive the replacement fee. However, the Request for Replacement Decal must be turned into Parking Services in Harper 1090 by 4 p.m. on Sept. 8. Requests turned in after Sept 8 will be assessed $50.
If a decal is destroyed due to the totaling of a vehicle or the vehicle itself was stolen, a police or insurance report must be provided to the Parking Services Office in person or by email to parking@creighton.edu . A replacement can be received with a $10 processing fee. The student or employee must sign the Request for Replacement Decal and return it to Parking Services in Harper 1090. The student or employee must provide valid proof of ID, either driver license or JayCard, to purchase the replacement.
