Thank you for your interest in the Pathology training program at Creighton University. In our department, we strive to provide a broad exposure to the different subspecialties in the field of pathology. Our residents participate in a comprehensive and balanced curriculum that allows them to receive education in evidence-based medicine and achieve optimal patient care. One of the strengths of our program is the one-on-one interactions between faculty and residents, which we believe is essential in the education of residents during their training.
The goal is for our graduates to become more independent throughout their training and prepare for their fellowships and future careers. The majority of our graduates pursue their training in outstanding fellowship programs and subsequently practice in distinguished academic and private facilities.
In The Department of Pathology at Creighton University, we are proud of having a diverse group where everyone is welcome and supported. During the training period, residents and other members of the department (faculty, administration, support staff) develop excellent working relationships.
We sincerely appreciate your interest in our program. We look forward to meeting with you and discussing any questions you may have.
