Purpose: To provide direction on InfoEd use

Scope: Applies to all investigators who will be conducting any type of research or academic quality improvement (QI) projects

Responsibilities: All investigators will use the system as required

Procedure

Preparation: 

  1. Investigator can obtain directions from the following web link or by contacting the researchacademic@creighton.edu (Department of Clinical Research and Public Health)
  2. Investigator must upload their cv/resume and professional license where applicable

Use:

  1. Department of Clinical Research and Public Health will:
    1. Enter all projects into InfoEd
    2. Upload all required documents
    3. Maintain all projects during their lifetime (i.e., renewals, modifications, closures)
  2. Investigator will:
    1. Review all packages for accuracy
    2. Approve submission as required

Communication:

  1. Responsible party within the institution for direct contact with InfoEd is Creighton University IRB office.
