  • Eric Bielefeld, PhD - SAB Announcement
    • The Dr. Richard J. Bellucci Translational Hearing Center is proud to welcome Eric Bielefeld, PhD, to the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). Dr. Bielefeld is the Chair of the Department of Speech and Hearing Science at The Ohio State University and has primary research foci on cochlear physiology, noise-induced hearing loss, and ototoxic drugs. He joins an external advisory board of leading otologic researchers that is chaired by Colleen Le Prell, PhD, The University of Texas Dallas, and includes John Brigande, PhD, Oregon Health & Science University, David Raible, PhD, University of Washington, and Konstantina Stankovic, MD, PhD, Stanford University.

      The Center would also like to thank Dawn Konrad-Martin, PhD, Department of Veterans Affairs, for her service to the SAB and her work to advance hearing research.

      The Dr. Richard J. Bellucci Translational Hearing Center is a leading otological research center housed in the School of Medicine at Creighton University. We are dedicated to conducting leading laboratory and clinical research that advances our mission of preventing and treating hearing loss and dysfunction. We are thankful for all who work toward this shared goal.

  • Dr. Tuba Ege Postdoctoral Research Award

    • Congratulations to Dr. Tuba Ege for receiving the Dr. Richard J. Bellucci Postdoctoral Research Award for her work on Atoh1. The Bellucci Postdoctoral Research Award is pilot funding for research considered likely to attract external funding.
