The Creighton Law Review welcomes the submission of articles for publication consideration, and all articles submitted will be considered. Submitted articles should be typed (either double or single space) and contain footnotes for support. The footnotes should conform to the requirements set forth in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al. eds., 20th ed. 2015). All submissions should be in Microsoft Word format.
Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the Creighton Law Review will require an electronic copy of the article. The Creighton Law Review reserves the right to determine the final format of the article but will strive to preserve the author's original work.
