Funding Your Education

Creighton University Graduate School: An Investment in You

Are you at a point in life where you want to do more, be more, achieve more? At Creighton, you can do all those things by investing in a premium education at a reasonable price. Your experience here, from expert instruction and research opportunities to community support, is all included in your comprehensive education package.

While the cost of your graduate degree depends on the program you choose to pursue, one thing is certain: your education at Creighton is a great value. But don’t take our word for it, U.S. News & World Report ranked Creighton as a “Best Value” in 2025.

What does this mean for you? It means you’re making a smart choice—and getting so much more than just a degree—by selecting Creighton University.

Your Degree May Be Demanding, But Tuition Doesn’t Have to Be

To make your graduate education more affordable, you may qualify for some of these tuition relief options:

  • Federal Financial Aid
Did you know that graduate students are eligible for federal student aid? To get this process started, file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Employer Tuition Benefits
Now more than ever, many employers are offering tuition assistance to employees to encourage them to further their education. Check with your human resources department to find out if your employer provides this perk.
  • Monthly Payment Plan
For tuition or fees not covered by federal aid or other awards, the Creighton Business Office offers a flexible monthly payment plan that enables you to tackle those costs one chunk at a time.
  • Graduate Assistant Positions
Working as a Graduate Assistant not only offsets the cost of your education, it also immerses you in the graduate experience. Check for available positions through Handshake.
  • Graduate Scholarships
The Creighton University Graduate School offers a few scholarships and awards to qualifying students, but organizations and businesses in your community may also have scholarship opportunities you can pursue.
  • Alumni Award
Creighton University alumni are eligible to receive 25% off tuition for a variety of graduate and certificate programs. Alumni who plan to enroll in a new program for an upcoming term are eligible for the award.

I can describe Creighton to anyone in five words: Best decision of my life.
