The John P. Fahey Career Center offers the following additional resources and guides to successfully enhance your college recruiting efforts from career consortiums, professional associations, student organizations, hiring guides, and more. 

Enhance Your College Recruiting Efforts

The following suggestions are additional ways for employers to successfully enhance their college recruiting efforts at Creighton University.  The John P. Fahey Career Center can assist you with these efforts: 

  • Attend campus career fairs
  • Participate in on-campus interviewing
  • Become a member of the Employer Sponsorship Program
  • Make a presentation to Student Organizations
  • Participate in mock interviews or resume workshops 
  • Set up office hours in the Career Center or an information table on campus
  • Advertise in the Creightonian (weekly student newspaper)
  • Sponsor a campus event
  • Organize a "career day" or company tour at your organization
  • Create a student scholarship
  • Utilize Creighton Alumni that work at your organization
  • Arrange a lunch or meeting on campus to meet faculty and/or Career Center staff
