Program alumni Robbe Peetz, MMS, PA-C, MS, MT(ASCP), MBA, shares what the program has meant for her and her career.

“The EMBA at Creighton University is the ideal program for busy professionals looking to increase their business acumen in healthcare settings. The hybrid format allows flexibility to complete coursework in a directed, yet self-paced manner while also engaging face to face twice a year with faculty and members of the cohort.

When considering MBA programs, what also set Creighton apart was their distinguished faculty. The faculty hail from institutions across the country with executive experience over multiple healthcare sectors: critical access, academic medical centers, private practice and for-profit entities. The faculty assessed the needs of my cohort and ensured accessibility to review content by working through problem-based scenarios. Throughout the program, I began to think differently and was better prepared for meetings with the executive healthcare team and confident in my ability to deliver a sound, well-thought-out recommendation for future projects.

What surprised me about the Creighton program was the richness of the cohort and ability to network and develop relationships. The Creighton name is familiar across the country and attracts a strong alumni base and individuals seeking a Jesuit education. As such, resources and relationships were at our fingertips to be successful and grow as professionals in our journey.”
