The Creighton Dance Company is the dance performance ensemble of Creighton University's Department of Fine and Performing Arts.
Under the direction of Patrick Roddy, the primary goal of the Creighton Dance Company is to afford young dancers an opportunity to develop their talents in a professional atmosphere by participating in the annual Mainstage performances in the Lied Education Center for the Arts and in other community performance events.
Repertoire for the Creighton Dance Company is an eclectic mix drawing on classical ballet, contemporary and modern dance, jazz, tap, and Broadway styles.
Choreography includes works by the artistic director, Creighton faculty members, and guest choreographers.
