An individual is eligible to participate in our program if they meet the following requirements:
Is a citizen or national of the United States, a permanent resident of the United States or is in the United States for other than a temporary purpose and provides evidence from the Immigration and Naturalization Service of his or her intent to become a permanent resident.
Is at least 19 years of age. If younger than 19 years of age, eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
AND
Each participant must meet one or more of the following criteria:
First-generation - Neither your natural nor adoptive parents received a 4-year college degree
Low-income status - Defined as an individual whose family's taxable income did not exceed 150 percent of the poverty level in the previous calendar year
Has not earned a four-year college degree (Bachelor’s degree)

Adults wanting to enroll in or return to college
Veterans, active-duty military members and their families
Adults 19 years of age and older
Individuals under 19 years of age who are not served by a TRIO Talent Search program
High school seniors not served by a TRIO Talent Search program
High school students who have stopped out
Adults with a GED or High School Equivalency Certificate
Adults who want to transfer to another college
College students who have stopped out
Adults seeking a career change
Individuals interested in attending a vocational, technical, or trade school
Displaced workers looking to restart their careers
