This fall, Creighton will offer free flu vaccinations to all students, faculty and staff at the Omaha and Phoenix campuses. As a reminder, all health sciences students are required to receive an Influenza vaccine by November 1, 2024. All other students, faculty, and staff are strongly encouraged to receive an Influenza vaccine.
Complete your flu vaccine consent form in advance and bring your completed copy with you to reduce wait times. In Nebraska, individuals under 19 years of age must have the consent form signed by their parent or guardian or a power of attorney form completed prior to arrival. If this is not complete, telephone consent will be required on the day of the clinic. If you previously have a power of attorney form turned into Student Health, you will not need telephone consent.
All flu vaccines administered this year will be latex- and preservative-free. For questions, please contact immunizations@creighton.edu.
Shoo The Flu Clinics will be hosted at the following times and locations:
Phoenix Campus
All clinics are held in the Doris S. Norton Ballroom.
Omaha Campus
