The undergraduate sororities at Creighton are bound by a commitment to philanthropy, leadership, scholarship, and personal development. Student sorority members at Creighton attain GPAs higher than the campus average, benefit their communities through service, and develop bonds of sisterhood that extend far beyond their college years. When you join a Creighton sorority, you’re entering a tradition of personal excellence and committed service, on campus and beyond.
Panhellenic Council (PHC)
The Panhellenic Council is the governing body of Creighton’s seven active PHC sororities and is made up of active members of these chapters. The council meets weekly to discuss chapter and community affairs, plan events, and advocate for the sorority experience.
Mission
The Creighton University Panhellenic Council is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and uplifting sorority community. We promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), service, and academics. Our mission is to ensure effective communication, representation of all chapters, and adherence to NPC guidelines. We prioritize unity, inclusivity, and active support of Panhellenic activities, maintaining a welcoming environment for all members.

Culturally Based Sororities
Creighton’s culturally based sororities help students find community and experience the rich culture of Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC), National APIDA* Pan-Hellenic Association (NAPA), and National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO) organizations. Focused on the pillars of education, philanthropy, and history, students develop relationships and skills that go beyond their college years.
Culturally Based Fraternal Council (CBFC)
The Culturally Based Fraternal Council is the coordinating body of Creighton’s nine culturally based fraternities and sororities. Their objectives are to:
- Support of the activities and involvement of participating members of the CBFC.
- Promotion of the educational, philanthropic, and historical focus of participating members of the CBFC.
- Advocacy for a process for new Culturally Based Fraternal Organizations seeking recognition at Creighton University.
- Promotion of diversity awareness, inclusion, and integration among the members of the CBFC, IFC, and PHC.
