Treatment at the Creighton Dental Clinic is provided by predoctoral students working under the close supervision of licensed Creighton faculty members. They will apply their rigorous training to bring you a healthier smile.

Dental Services
Creighton School of Dentistry’s state-of-the-art, centrally located dental clinic serves more than 14,000 patients annually.
We offer a wide range of dental services, from restorative dentistry to dental implants and dentures. Each of our incoming patients receives a comprehensive oral evaluation and targeted care. What’s more, we keep you thoroughly informed of your options every step of the way.
Before Your Appointment
The dental clinic is dedicated to providing effective and comfortable care. To help make your visit as efficient as possible, please attend to the following before your appointment:
- Bring: A government-issued photo ID (or an equivalent — see Medical Identity Theft Policy) and your insurance or Medicaid card is required.
- Print: If able, print and complete the Patient Registration form in English or Español and bring it to your first appointment.
- Print: If able, print and complete the Health History form in English or Español and bring it to your first appointment.
- Patients under the age of 19, unless married or emancipated, need a parent or legal guardian present during the appointment to provide the required signatures.
- Review our patient resources to learn about your rights as a patient, the terms of your treatment and patient privacy.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide day care services for children or dependent adults. Please make appropriate arrangements.

Cancellations
The Creighton Dental Clinic requires 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Please call 402.280.5990 to cancel your appointment. Treatment may be discontinued for patients who fail to keep appointments without prior notification, are consistently late or continue to excessively cancel appointments.

Emergency Care
Creighton School of Dentistry provides a limited number of emergency appointments for patients who are experiencing acute dental problems.
- If you are a patient of record and need assistance during the clinic’s hours of operation, please call 402.280.5990.
- If you are a patient of record and need assistance after hours, please call 402.280.5990 and request to speak to the dentist on call.
- If you are not a patient of record, please call 402.280.5990 and speak to our representative about the nature of your concerns. We will do our best to provide urgent care at the earliest possible time.
Directions and Free Parking
The Creighton University Dental Clinic is located at 2109 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
All patients should enter the main patient parking lot from Burt Street at 23rd Street.
Handicapped parking is located near the main (west) entrance. Complimentary golf cart service is provided for patient transport in the west main lot.

- Turn left onto 23rd Street and proceed to the parking lots.
- Continue east down Dodge Street to N 24th Street.
- Turn left onto N 24th Street.
- Turn right onto Burt Street.
- Turn left onto 23rd Street and proceed to the parking lots.
- From I-480W, take exit 3 for 14th St toward Old Market District/Creighton Univ.
- Turn right onto N 14th Street.
- Turn left onto Cuming St.
- Turn left onto N 24th Street.
- Turn left onto Burt Street.
- Turn left onto 23rd Street and proceed to the parking lots.
