Ryan Kirshenbaum, J.D, is a corporate and healthcare attorney, licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, serving one of Nebraska’s largest health systems. Prior to starting as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Creighton University School of Law, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Clarkson College and Nebraska Methodist College teaching Medical Law and Ethics and Health Policy to Undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral students.
Ryan’s primary law practice focuses on general health law matters, such as HIPAA, EMTALA, Clinical Research, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Ryan’s corporate practice focuses on general corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate governance, and data security. Ryan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Ryan is also involved in the Nebraska State Bar Association, serving on the executive boards of the Health Law and Corporate Counsel sections.
