Dr. Eickhoff returned to Creighton University after graduating from the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions in 2016. She began her pharmacy career by completing a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Practice Residency with Thrifty White Pharmacy in Fargo, ND. Following the completion of the residency program, she accepted a position as a Pharmacy Manager at Wal-Mart Pharmacy in Willmar, MN. She spent over five years working with the rural community providing pharmaceutical care and immunizations.
In the Center for Medication Therapy Management (MTM), she works with fourth-year APPE students completing their Medication Therapy Management (MTM) rotations. Creighton's Center for MTM partners with AdhereHealth to conduct telephonic comprehensive medication reviews for Medicare Part D beneficiaries. Dr. Eickhoff dedicates all of her time to supervision and instruction within the Center.
