Terrance DeWald has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, including nearly 11 years in private practice specializing in securities litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters as well as 14 years working in house as a General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer for several publicly traded financial services firms. He is currently the Associate General Counsel for Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company in Omaha. DeWald has served an Adjunct Professor at Creighton School of Law for over 20 years. Throughout his career DeWald has been actively involved in all aspects of arbitration issues, including handling hundreds of arbitration cases as well as serving as an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is also a frequent speaker on arbitration, securities, regulatory, privacy and anti-money laundering related issues at conferences throughout the United States.
