Charles Braymen, PhD, CFA

Associate Professor

Economics and Finance

Charles Braymen is an associate professor who has taught at Creighton University since 2011. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the University of North Carolina and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2012. Dr. Braymen teaches courses related to international economics and finance at Creighton University.

He also teaches the Economics of Investment Management course in Creighton’s Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis program. He has published and forthcoming articles in such journals as the Southern Economic Journal, Journal of Portfolio Management and Pacific Economic Review. Prior to his career in academia, he held positions at Ameritrade and Ameriprise Financial.
