Kimberly is a 2006 graduate of Creighton University's DPT program and 2007 graduate of the Orthopedic PT Residency. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. She also is on the Accreditation Services Committee for Residency and Fellowship Program for the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education.
Kimberly began her career as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in the Denver area. She practiced and managed a private practice clinic for about 7 years before making the switch to academia. Most recently, she was the founding Director of Clinical education for a DPT program in Northeast Indiana. During her time in Indiana, she became very passionate about Interprofessional Education and has presented on international and national forums.
Kimberly and her husband, Dustin, have two sons. The family spends a lot of time deciphering best practices for traveling with two children.
