The Department of Education at Creighton University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor to teach in their Secondary Education program. We seek individuals committed to being outstanding teacher-scholars. This 9-month position will begin in Fall 2025 and will have a 3-3 teaching load. Successful candidates must possess a terminal degree and have had experiences teaching in a secondary classroom. Prior face to face and Online teaching experience at the college level is also valuable. The candidate will teach on-campus and online courses for our secondary education program to both graduate and undergraduate students.
Applicants have the option to part of a cluster hire across the College of Arts and Sciences, forming a multidisciplinary initiative focused on the topic of Race and Social Justice as a line of inquiry in the candidate's teaching and/or research.
