Through the online EMS Management course at Creighton University, you will gain the knowledge, skills and abilities you need to be an effective entry-level manager in the EMS field.
This course covers everything from personnel to operations and equipment. You will learn to identify and analyze critical managerial issues and concerns and make recommendations for improvement. You will also learn to write proposals and responses to proposals as well as develop and manage organizational budgets.

When you successfully complete the EMS Management course, you will receive a certificate of completion. However, Creighton does not participate in a sanctioned certification process so you cannot declare yourself a certified EMS Manager.
The EMS Management course is offered 100-percent online. To succeed in this online course, you should plan to commit eight to 12 hours of independent online study each week.
The EMS Management course is designed to create a collaborative, student-centered community of online learners. The course attracts a range of EMS professionals, from those with little management background to those with years of middle and upper-level management experience. We invite you to share your real-life experiences and previous EMS training with your online community.
