Welcome! We invite you to join us for:

  • Service & Justice Trips each Fall and Spring Break. 
    • Spring Break participant applications are due Nov. 12.
  • Service with the Omaha Community 
    • SCSJ Weekly Service options allow for one time sign ups throughout the semester. Sign up now for Fall 2024 opportunities on the SCSJ page of Creighton Engage. (log in with your Creighton account). 
    • Students, faculty, staff and alumni can find additional volunteer opportunities through Creighton Engage. (Use your Creighton log in account if you have one otherwise sign up for a new free account).
    • Semester long, committed service applications will be due Jan. 20th for Spring 2025 semester. 
    • We are grateful for a great fall group including 229 students in 22 peer-led groups every week with a variety of community partners.

Father John P. Schlegel, SJ, served as president of Creighton University 2000-2011. His leadership illuminated service and justice as inherent in the university mission.
