Have you tried—but were unable—to access resources for your children and family?
Are there resources you want to know more about, but aren’t sure who to ask or where to go?
We can help.
We can connect you with educational supports, mental health resources, food and housing stability, parenting support, activities and sports, and more.
Community Connections is committed to building one-on-one relationships with young people and families. We offer free, voluntary support by providing information about resources and connecting you to other community organizations that can assist you. We believe that all families deserve access to resources—and that they know what’s best for themselves.
When you partner with us, you lead the relationship. Our Community Connectors are here to help you determine strengths, needs and capacity for participation. They also remove barriers and identify both informal and formal supports. Community Connectors are reflective of the communities where families live, serving as vital links to the supports for youth and families.
Create community-based partnerships that are family focused, culturally sensitive and empower individuals and families to improve their quality of life and promote the restoration of a strong sense of community.
