The department of History at Creighton University invites applications for a non-tenure track Resident Assistant Professor for a one-year appointment. The appointment specialization is open, with a preference for the global south. We seek individuals committed to being outstanding teachers within a primarily undergraduate-serving college. The successful applicant will teach a 4-4 course load offering foundational courses in a first-year general education component called Critical Issues in Human Inquiry. In this category, we currently have courses in Globalization and Leadership in Africa and in Colonial Legacies in Asia, among other topics.
