Santana Alvarado

Santana Alvarado brings over a decade of experience in enrollment and recruitment, having worked as an enrollment advisor at the University of Phoenix and as a recruitment specialist at Yavapai College before joining Creighton University in February 2025.

With an associate’s degree from Yavapai College and a bachelor’s degree in humanities from Northern Arizona University, Santana is passionate about supporting students through their academic journey. In his role at Creighton, he works closely with pre-health science students in the West Region, guiding them as they take steps toward a professional health sciences education. Although new to the pre-health field, Santana is excited to work with graduate students and help them navigate the path to success.

Outside of work, Santana enjoys spending quality time with his children and is becoming a fan of pickleball.
