Thomas E . Pisarri, PhD

Assistant Professor

Biomedical Sciences

My physiology research has focused on the role of reflexes evoked by mechanosensor and nociceptor sensory nerves from the lungs and airways. More recently, I have shifted my focus to medical education research, such as receptiveness to Team-Based Learning among medical students.
