Dr. Patil-Hoffman earned her B.A. from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, in 1995 and her D.D.S. from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2001.  After 20 years in private practice, Dr. Patil-Hoffman joined the faculty of Creighton School of Dentisty first as a part time adjunct professor and later transitioned to assistant professor in the Department of General Dentistry.  Dr. Patil-Hoffman greatly enjoys teaching and mentoring students in the pre-clinical labs and patient clinic.  She is a course director for the freshman Dental Anatomy Lab and an instructor in Sophomore Operative Lab.  Dr. Patil-Hoffman is deeply committed to the promotion of Ignatian Values through her active membership in the Jesuit Partnership Council of Omaha and the St. Apollonia Dental Guild.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
