Abbey Kegley

Abbey Kegley brings a strong background in higher education to her role as senior admissions counselor for the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. Before joining Creighton, Abbey was the communications coordinator for the UNO Health Careers Resource Center and a media and communications intern at the UNMC College of Allied Health Professions.

Abbey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is pursuing an MFA in Writing at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She joined Creighton last year and quickly found a passion for helping students navigate their pre-health science journeys.

Abbey enjoys working with pre-health science students because of their dedication and passion. Her experience in higher education has shown her how deeply impassioned and hardworking these students are, and she finds it fulfilling to help them find their calling and pursue what they love.

In her free time, Abbey enjoys reading, writing and knitting, which allows her to recharge and express her creativity.
