Next Generation Leaders

As a Catholic, Jesuit university, Creighton recognizes that a student body with a range of experiences benefits and enriches the educational experiences of all students, faculty, and staff. The Next Generation Leaders Program includes elite opportunities for leaders seeking to positively impact the culture on Creighton’s campus and in their future careers. Next Generation Leaders receive a full-tuition scholarship together with programming as a four-year leadership program. Incoming first-year students receive awards based on their academic achievement, leadership and service. Applications are open to domestic and international students, with a minimum 3.8 high school GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of admission. Applicants may pursue a major in any college at the University. Students must complete the Common Application or Bluejay Premier Application by December 1st and complete the Next Generation Leaders Program application by January 10th. Applicants must meet two of the three following criteria:

Next Generation Leaders will be selected based on:

  • A history of bringing together and/or serving individuals from different backgrounds
  • Demonstrated initiative and community leadership
