Diva Viteare Wilson, MD

Assistant Professor

   Dr. Diva Wilson is a Family Medicine Physician with CHI Health, as well as a faculty member Assistant Professor Clinician Educator with the Creighton University School of Medicine Department of Family and Community Medicine. She joined the department in 2021 after graduating from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Wilson's clinical and academic interests include maternal care, global health, clinical research, and teaching. She serves as the Faculty Advisor for the Creighton School of Medicine Family Medicine Interest Group. Additionally, she is the clinical liaison and an investigator for the CURA Project, an interprofessional research investigation focused on evaluating the role of certain social determinants of health on patient diabetic outcomes. She is passionate about her research in improving maternal health awareness and outcomes. As a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and STFM (Society of Teachers of Family Medicine), Dr. Wilson looks forward to improving her role in teaching and scholarly activities with all learners
