Professor

Dr. Mark Goodman is a Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine.  After graduation from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1985, Dr. Goodman trained in Family Medicine in Chicago at Rush University, and then began practice in Walnut Creek, California and Showak, Sudan before returning to Omaha.
 
Dr. Goodman is a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Medicine, board certified in Family Medicine, and is published in the American Family Physician Journal.  His areas of interest include medical ethics, humanism, palliative care and HIV care. Dr. Goodman was named 2023 Nebraska Academy Family Physician of the year.
