The BirdHouse
Creighton University’s Health and Compliance Portal.
The BirdHouse is Creighton’s home for immunization compliance management and form submission. In the BirdHouse, you can review and submit immunization records, check compliance status, and review messages sent by Student Health Education and Compliance. To upload immunization records to the BirdHouse, follow these instructions:
Update Your Records
To check your records before creating a new record:
- Log into the BirdHouse using your netid@creighton.edu email address.
- Select “Immunizations” on the menu
- Click the “Print” button on the left side of the page to view your Creighton Health and Immunization Requirements Portfolio (CHIRP) Any missing requirements will be listed at the bottom of the page.
