Welcome to Centralized Reservations

Centralized Reservations manages the reservation process for all events at the University. Our staff are trained to serve a variety of events including meetings, seminars, conferences, wedding receptions, campus-wide events and more.

We support the University and the community by:

  • Facilitating the scheduling of all non-academic events in general classroom and meeting spaces across campus.
  • Coordinating resources to host and support events across campus.
  • Operating as the central hub for data collection and space utilization reporting across campus.
  • Collaborating with the Omaha community
    to bring relevant community events to the University.
