The mission of the MS in Organizational Leadership is to develop moral and ethical leaders who use their skills to promote social justice and societal and organizational change.
This part-time, online program is built on an experiential leadership model that develops creative and innovative professional skills that help students work toward a greater and more just tomorrow. Concentrations
Students can earn a concentration in business leadership or healthcare leadership by completing 12 credit hours within one of these areas. Any electives can be taken to fulfill the remaining 6 credit hours.
Certificates
Students can choose to complete courses toward a graduate certificate in another field of study as part of the electives requirement. These programs require just 15 credit hours to complete.

Dual Degree Programs
Students can complete a dual degree program to earn two master’s degrees at once, saving both time and money. The following dual degree options are available in organizational leadership:
International students are welcomed into this program so long as they complete it from their country of residence, as F-1 visas will not be issued.
