Program Goals

The Bachelor of Science in Leadership is a flexible program designed to fit your busy life. You’ll earn credits quickly—and on your own schedule. Each class in the program can be completed entirely online in accelerated 8-week terms. You’ll also be able to choose elective courses in leadership that best fit your career goals.

This program generously allows you to transfer up to 80 hours of credit from other institutions you’ve attended.

Leadership Minor

Want to enhance any major with an interdisciplinary minor in Leadership? You’ll learn theories of leadership, reflect on how Jesuit values ground leadership practice, and apply what you learn in a variety of contexts.

Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s

If you see graduate school in your future, why not start sooner? Complete both the BS with a major in leadership and a master’s program at an accelerated pace. Apply as many as 12 credit hours of graduate-level coursework toward both degrees.

Choose from Master of Business Administration (MBA) or MS in Organizational Leadership.

Admissions Requirements

Creighton admissions are based upon:

  • Completion of an Adult Undergraduate Application
  • Resume or curriculum vitae
  • Submission of official transcripts from all prior institutions attended, including high school and post-secondary institutions
  • Personal statement
  • At least one recommendation addressing academic or professional attributes (instructor, employer, professional colleague)

Dates & Deadlines

Applications for the fall semester open on Aug. 1 of the prior year. For scholarship consideration, the earlier you complete your undergraduate application, the better. For up-to-date deadlines, visit our admissions page.
